What You Must Know About The Mormon Beliefs

There is no doubt that Joseph Smith certainly laid the foundation for the Mormon religion. Many of the guidelines as far as the beliefs go is that the Mormons are to be constantly seeking out the word of God in respect to the truthfulness of the book of Mormon. They are told that the positive response to this would be a burning in their bosom. It would appear that most Mormons really don’t study their book or really know all that much about the contents of it. There are indications that this religion is certainly against everything that Christianity as we know it as for what it stands for. To begin with they believed that at one point in time God was a man .They believe according to their doctrine if they have lived a good life then one day they will become gods and will be in charge of their own heaven.

The next fallacy is that God the Father had many wives and that he is still alive and bearing spiritual children . Then there is a belief that Jesus was a spirit brother to Satan. They go on to believe that individuals who have black skin are inferior. That certainly brings to mind the Freemasons once again. It is believed by the Mormons that those that didn’t fight for God came back to earth as a black. It has only been in the last little while that blacks were allowed to become priests within the Mormon religion .

They believe that everyone is saved by grace provided they have done everything they possibly can to live within the Mormon doctrine or have just failed a very few of the Mormon beliefs. Yet again it becomes almost a confusing type of religion because it would seem that no one has a strict foundation doctrine. If you were to start off asking five different Mormons what they believe you will never get the same answer. Again this is like the Freemasons.

Because the Mormons are very zealous in their recruitment by way of being missionaries there are many individuals that are added to the congregation that are unknowing just what they are getting into. Amongst their beliefs is also the fact that they must give generously according to their means of which is typing. Now this isn’t something that is just unique to the Mormons as many religions stand by this as well. It’s just a matter of how far to the Mormons take it.

When one looks at the many similarities to the Mormons and the Freemasons it makes one wonder if the Mormons is actually a spin off of the Freemasons. It stands to reason that this is denied as the Freemasons deny affiliation with any other sector, as so do the Mormons.

Discover all the mormon secrets with SecretsofMormons now. There are 10,000 pages of authentic and original sources of hidden mormon meanings and mormon rituals.

What Exactly is a Criminal Lawyer?

by Amy Nutt

If you were to be accused of a crime, such as robbing a bank, causing harm to another person intentionally, or even murder, you would need a criminal lawyer to represent you. Your goal is to prove that you are innocent and not guilty of the crime. Being guilty of the crime translates into prison time, which is something that no one wants to have to do, especially if they are innocent. If you are innocent, you want a great criminal lawyer to prove that innocence. Even the guilty will seek out a great criminal lawyer to prove that theyre innocent, even when they are not.

The role of the defendant

When accused of a crime, it is up to the defendant to find a good criminal lawyer. This can cost quite a bit of money. In the case that an individual cant afford a lawyer, he or she will be appointed one by the court. This means that the defendant has no choice as to who their lawyer is. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the lawyer. Being that the lawyer is a court appointed attorney, that could be bad because this attorney is paid for by tax money and not by the defendant.

But when you can afford your own criminal lawyer, you have to interview them. Evaluate them. They will do the same with you because they dont want to take on a case that they will lose. If they think that there is the slightest chance that they will win, they will take the case. There is also the fact that they will get paid by you regardless and this can be a very hefty bill in the end. The longer the trial, the more money the lawyer gets paid.

The criminal lawyer

Youve probably already figured out what a criminal lawyer is. The criminal lawyer is someone who specializes in criminal trials. They are not someone who takes care of tax law or represents corporations when people decide to sue them. This is something that is completely different. You will not see a tax attorney representing someone who has been accused of murder. And unless they specialize in it too, you wont find a criminal lawyer involved in tax law.

The criminal lawyer will stand by a defendant in a case and take all of the evidence they have gathered to prove innocence and convince a jury that their client is innocent. To get this evidence they will sometimes have to hire a private investigator to make sure that they have everything they need to prove innocence. They will also do some investigating of their own, especially if something sounds rather fishy about the case. They will do what they can to find the discrepancies that will prove their clients innocence.

Success

Many criminal lawyers find success and many dont. It depends on if the prosecutor has enough evidence to really convict or if the defendant changes their plea. Defendants are supposed to be 100% up front with their lawyers and their lawyer will do what they can to ensure freedom for their client. But when the defendant is not 100% honest, this could result in the case being lost anyway.

So now you know the important role of the criminal lawyer. Without them, many individuals would not receive the proper representation. Without proper representation, many individuals would be committed to a prison cell for crimes that they did not do. Fortunately, however, this is not the case and people are getting the representation that they need so that their innocence may be proven and they can go on with their life.

Let’s use Recycle Bags

by Steward Luker

For those concerned about the state of our environment, they can do worse than leading the way by using recycle bags to help us go “green.” Trying to help by using recycle bags for eligible materials is also an intelligent action to take, because many cities and towns are starting to make recycling a requirement rather than an option. Also, they’re running out of places to put their trash, so the less that goes into a landfill, the better. Lastly, seeing something new come from the material that made up something else can be a satisfying thing.

Categories of Recycle Bags. Mainly, recycle bags come in different sizes and colors, each of which will have a specific material or purpose attached to them. There are some general-type bags which just about any material can be thrown into. Find the right color bag (blue, brown, green) for the material to be recycled. Aluminum normally goes into one container, glass into another, paper into still another. Yard waste has its own category, too.

Recycle Bags versus Containers. Some local governments prefer to have each residence or business obtain a container made just for recyclables instead of bags. Others will only accept recyclables that have been put into recycle bags. This will vary from locality to locality, and some cities and towns issue the container free of charge, while others charge for them. Also, the advantage to containers is that they generally last for quite a while. A disadvantage is they can be bulky and might take up excess garage or storage space.

What Can We Recycle? For the most part, almost anything that’s easily processed and doesn’t have any hazardous materials in them, like car batteries and such. Aluminum, paper, and glass make ideal candidates. Organic materials like discarded food will deteriorate quickly, anyway, so they can still go into landfills. Check with local green organizations or city governments for more advice.

What isn’t Recyclable? Almost anything containing a petroleum product can’t go into recycle bags. Additionally, anything containing mercury (super long-lasting light bulbs), or fluorescent bulbs themselves aren’t eligible for recycling. Check with your local government for a complete list.

Wrapping it Up. More and more, people want to help our environment. This has seen an up- tick in recycling as a whole. By using the proper recycle bags to sort and get them to the right recycling or processing facility, we all do our own part to ensure a cleaner planet. Watch, especially, that items containing mercury or lead aren’t sent for processing. These are potentially-dangerous items.

If You Know How, Would You Build A Simple Hovercraft Now?

by Rashel Dan

Building a simple hovercraft is really basic and easy. Just get lots of air. Hold it for as long as you can and place it below a wooden board. That should lift the board. Voila! You should be sitting on your improvised hovercraft. Simple isn’t it? No?

Air is not tangible. And it’s not visible either. Therefore you can’t touch it or see it. In short it’s not really that easy. Guess again. It still is. If you build a simple hovercraft, you only need a set of the basic plan and these other items:

1. You need a platform. This can be made of plywood, hard foam, or lightweight fiberglass. If there’s any other alternative material you can think of, just make sure you can hold a large surface of air below the platform. You build a simple hovercraft by creating air pressure below the board.

2. To reverse air flow, use a vacuum cleaner. You have to somehow attach to it to the platform to provide the required air lift. When you build a simple hovercraft, make sure the air pressure created can lift more than the platform weight. Remember, you’ll be sitting on it.

3. The heavy plastic sheet called skirt. Your basic hovercraft plan should have this in the specifications. As the name implies, this is fastened tightly around the platform in a way that actually looks like a skirt. Because the skirt is made of thick plastic, it regulates the amount air dispersed below. This creates a film of air molecules thus building pressure.

These are the materials if you plan to make a homemade hovercraft. If you build a simple hovercraft, these items should just be enough. You may work on the details by studying further on other existing plan. But the items above should get you started. Here are other things you need to know about your hovercraft:

- A hovercraft can fit all four seasons. Unlike your cars or motorbikes, you can still use a hovercraft in winter. Because of its smooth air cushion, it can still glide over snow and frozen ponds.

- To build a hovercraft is not that expensive. And if are a cheapskate, you’d know where to bag in the cheapest alternative materials to buy. Most of them could be in a flea market or a neighbor’s garage sale.

- A hovercraft is easy to build. All you need is the basic skills. A little knowledge in physics is an advantage. But as long as your design kit is complete, it should work for you.

- A hovercraft can be built in a few weeks. Yes it is possible. It’s not like you’re building the commercial thing.

The above-mentioned are only some of the many benefits of a hovercraft. If by any chance you have a few more bucks to spare, get a decent hovercraft kit. But if you can’t set a budget yet, you may settle this for now. The important thing is you tried building it and it works. So now that you know a few things on how a hovercraft works, will you build a simple hovercraft now?

Helpful Information On Distance Learning

by Don Pedro

Distance learning has been made possible because of the invention of personal computer and internet bases communication system. Now we can access the world of information sitting at any corner of the world. Hence, there have been many courses conducted by many well-known entities which students can take to complete through internet.

Those who have been suffering a lot, because their qualification isn’t a match with the others and hence they are stuck at their positions, they can undergo some distance learning programs or courses and change the scenario. It doesn’t take great deal of time. It doesn’t take much money to do so.

In the past when distance learning wasn’t possible people would rely on mails, telephones or face to face communications to deliver study materials, they needed to stay present in the class personally to take note of the lectures. But with the improvement of science and technology, distance learning has made life easier. Now you can get all the teaching materials sitting from the comfort of your home.

The alarming this about distance learning programs is that, there are many non recognized institutes which have grabbed the money making opportunity and they are offering distance learning courses even though their teaching materials aren’t worth the money at all. Because people have lack of time to find the authentic ones and have their budget limitations, they often fall victim to those people.

In the world of distance learning, another popular world is synchronized learning. There audio, visual learning materials are synchronized together and the students from different parts of the globe need to attend the same time.

In distance learning the student can follow the guideline recorded in a tape, or dvd or cds to go through the classes. Sometimes there are video tutorials. Students can go through these records even sitting in the comfort t of their own home. There is no need for the physical presence of a teacher in distance learning.

However, we should always stay aware before choosing a distance learning program that the education board accepts those degrees or those type of courses conducted online. This is the basic thing that will determine how useful the degrees can be for your career.

CD/DVD Manufacturing

by DVD Guy

The process of manufacturing CDs and DVDs has changed the way in which the world looks at and listens to entertainment. Prior to the introduction of CD/DVD mass-production, less sophisticated means, such as vinyl records, tapes and VHS were used to mass-produce music and movies. But now, with the revolution of CD and DVD manufacturing, we take a step up. Music and movie fans no longer have to purchase bulky records or poorly manufactured tapes in order to listen to music or enjoy their favorite movies. With the birth of the compact disc, anyone can easily slip this small, shiny circle into their car stereo or home entertainment center for their listening and/or viewing pleasure. But how did the mass-production of CDs and DVDs become such a powerful force in the world? What was the indispensable step that made the manufacturing of CDs and DVDs possible, and in the process shaped a new mold for the way the world enjoys its entertainment?

Those interested in getting answers to these evolutionary questions, need first to understand that CD/DVD manufacturing is an intricate process. Complex and time-consuming procedures along with amazing chemical processes combine to produce the formation of a disc. It is crucial to understand, when examining the advancement of CD/DVD technology, the process of replication. Many steps are taken to manufacture discs: glass mastering, photoresist or non-photoresist mastering, post mastering, and electroforming. But the most vital step in the process of manufacturing is replication.

Replication of CDs and DVDs is the step that takes place after the quality of the glass master has been determined to be ready for large-scale production. This is the critical point in the manufacturing process. It is the point in which the album creates a super-star out of a singer. CD and DVD replication has made it possible for listeners from Tokyo to New York and everywhere in between to have access to the same discs. It is a process that has truly revolutionized the fashion in which the world listens to music and sees movies.

How exactly does replication happen? It involves several different steps, each of which are necessary to understand in learning the replication process. Replication begins in a factory in a CD molding machine. The molding machine uses high-temperature polycarbonate injectors. Each molding can produce 900 discs per hour! Hot molten plastic is poured into the mold cavities forming a disc. Then, cool water is run so that it gathers around the molding, solidifying the plastic, at which point the molding is opened. Only three to five minutes pass during this process – astonishing!

When the molding process is finished, a vacuum handler places the disc onto a cooling station. At this point, the disc contains all of its digital information although it doesn’t yet have the reflective layer that allows the disc to be playable. Next, the disc passes into a chamber where it undergoes a process known as “sputtering”. During sputtering, metal is coated onto the data side of the disc, which is the side without the record label.

Next, lacquer is coated onto the metal layer providing a surface for printing the DVD or record label. The printing ink must be compatible with the lacquer. If not, the disc may fracture and become ruined. This is also true for CD and DVD owners. Pens used to write on discs must be compatible for the same reason. This completes the replication process.

And, presto! The process of replication is complete. Replication has opened the door for the mass-production of CDs and DVDs and in the process, changed the way the world enjoys music and movies. Take a minute to think about that the next time you head out to the video store to pick up the latest DVD release or when rummaging through titles on the CD aisle of your favorite shop. Replication has allowed CD and DVD manufacturing to become a prominent force in the world.

Why Don’t You Live A Greener Existencestyle?

by Simon M Skinner

Did you know that green living can actually help you live longer? It might sound strange, but it’s really true – many of the same things that help the earth will help you, too. If you drive less, eat fresh organically grown foods and do many other ecologically friendly things, you’ll live a lot longer.

By eating healthy, organic foods you are not only helping your body by giving it fresh food, you are saving the earth from being contaminated by pesticides. Organic meats help by keeping the environment free of antibiotics and growth hormones. Plus you’re avoiding all those nasty things from going inside of you! By eating fresh, organic foods, you are avoiding all the processed foods that do a better job of clogging your arteries than they do of providing nutrition.

Driving less can help, too. Combine your errands and you’ll reduce traffic on the streets at the same time as you save fuel and money. You’ll also be a lot less stressed and anxious, since you’re not dealing with other drivers and traffic problems. When you can, carpool with someone else, or take public transportation. Choosing to walk to bike for errands near your home will help you get your exercise – it’s a lot better than a gym, keeps you healthy, and helps you look great!

Composting is a wonderful way to save money, keep organic material out of the landfill, and provide rich soil for your own landscaping and gardening efforts. Add vegetable and fruit waste, coffee grounds, egg shells, grains, and yard waste to the pile. Take care with animal products, however – they can take a long time to compost and attract pests. Keep a compost pile moist so it stays active, and you’ll soon have great soil and less trash.

You can do other things to make your home more comfortable and be kinder to the environment, too. For example, larger windows that are well insulated will let in more natural light, allowing you to leave your lights off more often. Compact fluorescent bulbs save energy, and in the long run, money. Leave your air conditioner off when you’re away and try changing to energy efficient appliances for a much lower power bill and less waste.

Small things like recycling cans, bottles and plastic packaging helps lower your garbage bills and helps reduce your carbon footprint. Use cloth bags when you shop instead of taking their paper or plastic bags. Some stores even knock off a few cents when you use your own bags. All of this will help reduce pollution, which is healthier for you because you’ll be breathing cleaner air.

Once you get started, you’ll be amazed at how easy it is to live greener. You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel… both physically and mentally. Plus, you’ll feel better knowing you’re doing your part to have a healthier planet to live on. So go ahead… live greener and live longer. You’ll be happy you gave it a try.
